Your site must be dedicated to Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden. It can be a character shrine, a fanlisting, a forum - anything. It just has to be FYGK. No exceptions.
- You must have an FTP client and FTP experience.
- You should be a stickler for providing credit where it's due. For example, if you have images that you haven't scanned yourself, links to their original archives must be easily accessible to visitors.
- You must remain active. I'm not looking for 24/7 updates, but every few months is more than reasonable.
- Your site must already exist with an address I can visit to preview your work/content.
